In the CloudBlue RT webinterface you can view and update your existing tickets and submit new tickets. To get access you need to enter the email-address that was used for one of your existing tickets. If you did not submit any tickets before, you need to do this through our website
After you click on "Activate Account", RT will send you an email with activation link. If you do not receive any email within 30 minutes, try again or contact our support.
