Microsoft is making changes to their NCE program regarding Partner of Record (POR).

Details:

On April the 14th, Microsoft introduced changes to their NCE program that requires you and your indirect partner to be located in the same region.

Update: On April 16th, this program was paused by Microsoft, and has the new effective date of June 2, 2025.

Error: "No authorized reseller tenant for this Partner Location Account (PLA) ID."

Mitigation: If you have experienced the above error, please resubmit the order in CloudBlue by June 1, 2025.
